This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    media: Don't do DMA on stack for firmware upload in the AS102 driver

to the 3.18-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     media-don-t-do-dma-on-stack-for-firmware-upload-in-the-as102-driver.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.

Firmware load on AS102 is using the stack which is not allowed any
longer. We currently fail with:
