Subject: ata: ATA_BMDMA should depend on HAS_DMA

From: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

[ Upstream commit 7bc7ab1e63dfe004931502f90ce7020e375623da ]

If NO_DMA=y:

    ERROR: "dmam_alloc_coherent" [drivers/ata/libata.ko] undefined!

Add a dependency on HAS_DMA to fix this.
