Please backport commit ce06760ba46b66dae50f2519ae76bd15e89b5710 ("HID:
wacom: bits shifted too much for 9th and 10th buttons") to the stable
trees. The "CC: stable" tag was forgotten when submitting the patch
upstream.
This commit fixes an issue introduced by commit c7f0522 ("HID: wacom:
Slim down wacom_intuos_pad processing") which was merged into Linux
4.5. It should be applied to the following stable trees:
* 4.9.53
* 4.13.5
