    tools include: Add a __fallthrough statement


This patch should to be applied to add a __fallthrough statement.
Without this patch, perf build will fail due to these errors.

function)

builtin-top.c: In function 'display_thread':
builtin-top.c:630: error: '__fallthrough' undeclared (first use in this 
function)
