FAILED: patch "[PATCH] ARM: make vectors page inaccessible from userspace" failed to apply to 3.4-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.4-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Subject: [PATCH] ARM: make vectors page inaccessible from userspace

If kuser helpers are not provided by the kernel, disable user access to
the vectors page.  With the kuser helpers gone, there is no reason for
this page to be visible to userspace.
