I've added several more patches for MIPS to the queue for this release,
which will be sent as replies to this message.

Responses should be made by Tue Apr 04 00:00:00 UTC 2017.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

A combined patch relative to 3.16.42 will be posted as an additional
response to this.  A shortlog and diffstat can be found below.
