I think all these patches address issues around VMBus stability where
the Hyper-V would occasionally deem the VM to mount a DoS attack and
then pause it. But I'll let KY and Stephen comment as well.

FWIW, I've stress tested these patches on several Windows builds for a
few days and we have been shipping them in Docker for Windows (stable
and beta) for a couple of weeks now without issues.
