Hi,
Commit 1f461dcdd296 ("ppp: take reference on channels netns") has been
backported to most stable trees. Unfortunately, it introduced a race
that was later fixed by commit 205e1e255c47 ("ppp: defer netns
reference release for ppp channel"), which hasn't made its way to all
of these trees.
Looking at https://kernel.org/category/releases.html, the fix is
missing for 3.10-stable, 3.18-stable, 4.1-stable and 4.4-stable (not
counting obsolete trees).
Can you guys queue 205e1e255c47 ("ppp: defer netns reference release
for ppp channel") for your next -stable updates?
