FAILED: patch "[PATCH] ARCv2: intc: Use kflag if STATUS32.IE must be reset" failed to apply to 4.4-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 4.4-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Subject: [PATCH] ARCv2: intc: Use kflag if STATUS32.IE must be reset

In the end of "arc_init_IRQ" STATUS32.IE flag is going to be affected by
"flag" instruction but "flag" never touches IE flag on ARCv2. So "kflag"
instruction must be used instead of "flag".
