FAILED: patch "[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: disable CRTCs before teardown" failed to apply to 4.7-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 4.7-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Subject: [PATCH] drm/amdgpu: disable CRTCs before teardown

Some code called by drm_crtc_force_disable_all() wants to wait for all
fences, so only do fence teardown after CRTCs are disabled.
