This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled USB: serial: cp210x: Add ID for a Juniper console to my usb git tree which can be found at git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb.git in the usb-testing branch. The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree (usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.) The patch will be merged to the usb-next branch sometime soon, after it passes testing, and the merge window is open. If you have any questions about this process, please let me know. >From decc5360f23e9efe0252094f47f57f254dcbb3a9 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Kyle Jones <kyle@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 23 Sep 2016 13:28:37 -0500 Subject: USB: serial: cp210x: Add ID for a Juniper console Signed-off-by: Kyle Jones <kyle@xxxxxxxxx> Cc: stable <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> --- drivers/usb/serial/cp210x.c | 1 + 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+) diff --git a/drivers/usb/serial/cp210x.c b/drivers/usb/serial/cp210x.c index 4d6a5c672a3d..54a4de0efdba 100644 --- a/drivers/usb/serial/cp210x.c +++ b/drivers/usb/serial/cp210x.c @@ -118,6 +118,7 @@ static const struct usb_device_id id_table[] = { { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x8411) }, /* Kyocera GPS Module */ { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x8418) }, /* IRZ Automation Teleport SG-10 GSM/GPRS Modem */ { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x846E) }, /* BEI USB Sensor Interface (VCP) */ + { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x8470) }, /* Juniper Networks BX Series System Console */ { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x8477) }, /* Balluff RFID */ { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x84B6) }, /* Starizona Hyperion */ { USB_DEVICE(0x10C4, 0x85EA) }, /* AC-Services IBUS-IF */ -- 2.10.0 -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe stable" in the body of a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
