This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
cgroup: fix umount vs cgroup_event_remove() race
to the 3.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
cgroup-fix-umount-vs-cgroup_event_remove-race.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

cgroup: fix cgroup hierarchy umount race
This commit fixed a race caused by the dput() in css_dput_fn(), but
the dput() in cgroup_event_remove() can also lead to the same BUG().
