[PATCH 3.9-stable] dma: mmp_tdma: disable irq when disabling dma channel

This patch looks like it should be in the 3.9-stable tree, should we apply
it?

mask dma irq when disabling dma channel, so that interrupt status
will not be set and interrupt won't come again.
