FAILED: patch "[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: hdp flush&inval should always do" failed to apply to 4.6-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 4.6-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

This fixes Tonga vm-fault issue when running disaster
(a multiple context GL heavy tests),
We should always flush & invalidate hdp no matter vm
used or not.
