I was going through these patch sets and it looks like commit

c5c7774d7eb4397891edca9ebdf750ba90977a69 sctp: fully initialize sctp_outq in sctp_outq_init

should have been queued for all the other stable trees as all of them
(from 3.0) include commit 2f94aabd9f6c925d77aecb3ff020f1cc12ed8f86.

(Btw, I'm queuing for the 3.5 kernel commits
72df935d985c1575ed44ad2c8c653b28147993fa and
dd019897358b815f7828dab90b51d51df4d3658d)
