FAILED: patch "[PATCH] crypto: algif_skcipher - Add key check exception for" failed to apply to 3.10-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.10-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] crypto: algif_skcipher - Add key check exception for
 cipher_null

This patch adds an exception to the key check so that cipher_null
users may continue to use algif_skcipher without setting a key.
