What happens if you apply commit 11b8b25ce4f8 ("ARM: fix lockdep unannotated
irqs-off warning")? Does that help?
That landed in v4.2-rc2, and I _think_ ought to be backported to stable
kernels, but not to kernels before 651e94995ed5 (that being in v3.10-rc1).
