Errr, I do. Simply looking at the patch shows that it is wrong and
adding a #define which is already present:

 #define io_remap_pfn_range	remap_pfn_range

+#define io_remap_pfn_range	remap_pfn_range

As per my original email, this should be queued for 3.0 and 3.2, not for
3.9 which was never affected.

Once that's fixed, feel free to add:
