ath9k: Fix crash on module unload
to the 3.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
ath9k-fix-crash-on-module-unload.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.9 subdirectory.

Make sure that any open relayfs files are closed before
unregistering with mac80211, otherwise this crash is seen:
