FAILED: patch "[PATCH] serial: 8250_dw: add ACPI ID for Intel BayTrail" failed to apply to 3.9-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.9-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

This is the same controller as on Intel Lynxpoint but the
ACPI ID is different.
