Why not take out a bunch of these #ifdef CONFIG_DEBUG_FS at
the same time?  Something like:

 drivers/net/ethernet/intel/ixgbe/ixgbe.h      |  5 +++++
 drivers/net/ethernet/intel/ixgbe/ixgbe_main.c | 17 +++++++----------
