Patch "tcp: preserve ACK clocking in TSO" has been added to the 3.8-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    tcp: preserve ACK clocking in TSO

to the 3.8-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     tcp-preserve-ack-clocking-in-tso.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.8 subdirectory.

A long standing problem with TSO is the fact that tcp_tso_should_defer()
rearms the deferred timer, while it should not.

Current code leads to following bad bursty behavior :
