This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
net: fq_codel: Fix off-by-one error
to the 3.8-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-fq_codel-fix-off-by-one-error.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.8 subdirectory.

Currently, we hold a max of sch->limit -1 number of packets instead of
sch->limit packets. Fix this off-by-one error.
