Ben, I integrated all of your sfc patch sets. I will note that in the 3.0.x case, the sfc patches introduce a warning because EFX_PAGE_SIZE is now defined in two places. It's harmless since in both defines it gets set to the same exact value, but you might want to clean that up yourself.
