clk: mmp: pxa1908-apbc: Fix NULL vs IS_ERR() check
to the 6.13-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-6.13 subdirectory.

The devm_kzalloc() function returns NULL on error, not error pointers.
Fix the check.
