This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
net/mlx5: Make API mlx5_core_is_ecpf accept const pointer
to the 5.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-mlx5-make-api-mlx5_core_is_ecpf-accept-const-poi.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.4 subdirectory.

Subsequent patch implements helper API which has mlx5_core_dev
as const pointer, make its caller API too const *.
