net: lapb: increase LAPB_HEADER_LEN
to the 6.6-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-lapb-increase-lapb_header_len.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.6 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

It is unclear if net/lapb code is supposed to be ready for 8021q.
We can at least avoid crashes like the following :
