commit 67670be39a88ed392841e5294e85b0a3424d0f63

    blk-integrity: convert to struct device_attribute

    Upstream commit 76b8c319f02715e14abdbbbdd6508e83a1059bcc.

    An upcoming patch will register the integrity attributes directly with
    the struct device kobject.
    For this the attributes have to be implemented in terms of
    struct device_attribute.
