This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled clk: qcom: dispcc-sm8250: use special function for Lucid 5LPE PLL to the 6.11-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: clk-qcom-dispcc-sm8250-use-special-function-for-luci.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.11 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit cd5dc8972eab422d50702c6b84e42c30a2c7d184 Author: Dmitry Baryshkov <dmitry.baryshkov@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Sun Aug 4 08:40:06 2024 +0300 clk: qcom: dispcc-sm8250: use special function for Lucid 5LPE PLL [ Upstream commit 362be5cbaec2a663eb86b7105313368b4a71fc1e ] According to msm-5.10 the lucid 5lpe PLLs have require slightly different configuration that trion / lucid PLLs, it doesn't set PLL_UPDATE_BYPASS bit. Add corresponding function and use it for the display clock controller on Qualcomm SM8350 platform.
