This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
ipvs: Avoid unnecessary calls to skb_is_gso_sctp
to the 4.19-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
ipvs-avoid-unnecessary-calls-to-skb_is_gso_sctp.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.19 subdirectory.

In the context of the SCTP SNAT/DNAT handler, these calls can only
return true.
