This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
selftests: openvswitch: Set value to nla flags.
to the 6.9-stable tree which can be found at:
http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary
The filename of the patch is:
selftests-openvswitch-set-value-to-nla-flags.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

selftests: openvswitch: Set value to nla flags.

Netlink flags, although they don't have payload at the netlink level,
are represented as having "True" as value in pyroute2.
Without it, trying to add a flow with a flag-type action (e.g: pop_vlan)
fails with the following traceback:
