commit 90fe38b673c6391dcedcb8d71e244c55cbc1783b
Author: Alexei Starovoitov <ast@xxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Mon Jun 17 10:18:12 2024 -0700

    bpf: Fix remap of arena.

    [ Upstream commit b90d77e5fd784ada62ddd714d15ee2400c28e1cf ]

The bpf arena logic didn't account for mremap operation. Add a refcnt for
multiple mmap events to prevent use-after-free in arena_vm_close.
