This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
fsnotify: Add helper to detect overflow_event
to the 5.10-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
fsnotify-add-helper-to-detect-overflow_event.patch
and it can be found in the queue-5.10 subdirectory.

fsnotify: Add helper to detect overflow_event

Similarly to fanotify_is_perm_event and friends, provide a helper
predicate to say whether a mask is of an overflow event.
