Patch "tools/arch/x86/intel_sdsi: Fix meter_certificate decoding" has been added to the 6.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    tools/arch/x86/intel_sdsi: Fix meter_certificate decoding

to the 6.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     tools-arch-x86-intel_sdsi-fix-meter_certificate-deco.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.9 subdirectory.

    Fix errors in the calculation of the start position of the counters and in
    the display loop. While here, use a #define for the bundle count and size.
