This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

pwm: meson: Make use of pwmchip_parent() accessor

to the 6.8-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     pwm-meson-make-use-of-pwmchip_parent-accessor.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.8 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it.

commit a3b5c88dda459f67816a268c149fdf889bb41b40

pwm: meson: Make use of pwmchip_parent() accessor

    [ Upstream commit e369035a98894a7327e78ebd01ec859c6654fc52 ]

struct pwm_chip::dev is about to change. To not have to touch this
driver in the same commit as struct pwm_chip::dev, use the accessor
function provided for exactly this purpose.
