This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    arm64: dts: qcom: sc8280xp: add missing PCIe minimum OPP

to the 6.8-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     arm64-dts-qcom-sc8280xp-add-missing-pcie-minimum-opp.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.8 subdirectory.

Add the missing PCIe CX performance level votes to avoid relying on
other drivers (e.g. USB or UFS) to maintain the nominal performance
level required for Gen3 speeds.
