Just in case: I see this is a Stable-dep-of, and I guess it should not
hurt, but Rust is not a thing in 5.10 nor 5.15, so it looks a bit
weird to add it.

Moreover, I don't see using `cppfilt` (defined here) being used in
efbd63983533 ("scripts/decode_stacktrace.sh: optionally use LLVM
utilities"), so perhaps it would it make sense to fix the conflict
instead?
