This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    eventfs: Remove fsnotify*() functions from lookup()

to the 6.7-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     eventfs-remove-fsnotify-functions-from-lookup.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.7 subdirectory.

The dentries and inodes are created when referenced in the lookup code.
There's no reason to call fsnotify_*() functions when they are created by
a reference. It doesn't make any sense.
