f2fs: fix to check compress file in f2fs_move_file_range()
to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
f2fs-fix-to-check-compress-file-in-f2fs_move_file_ra.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory.

f2fs_move_file_range() doesn't support migrating compressed cluster
data, let's add the missing check condition and return -EOPNOTSUPP
for the case until we support it.
