cxl: Add cxl_num_decoders_committed() usage to cxl_test
to the 6.6-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
cxl-add-cxl_num_decoders_committed-usage-to-cxl_test.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.6 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Commit 458ba8189cb4 ("cxl: Add cxl_decoders_committed() helper") missed the
conversion for cxl_test. Add usage of cxl_num_decoders_committed() to
replace the open coding.
