This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
net/mlx5: Fix fw tracer first block check
to the 4.19-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-mlx5-fix-fw-tracer-first-block-check.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.19 subdirectory.

net/mlx5: Fix fw tracer first block check

While handling new traces, to verify it is not the first block being
written, last_timestamp is checked. But instead of checking it is non
zero it is verified to be zero. Fix to verify last_timestamp is not
zero.
