This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled ACPI/IORT: Make iort_get_device_domain IRQ domain agnostic to the 5.4-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: acpi-iort-make-iort_get_device_domain-irq-domain-agn.patch and it can be found in the queue-5.4 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 923ff2cab90e59991db251dfcf3029e878f6c8f4 Author: Lorenzo Pieralisi <lpieralisi@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri Jun 19 09:20:03 2020 +0100 ACPI/IORT: Make iort_get_device_domain IRQ domain agnostic [ Upstream commit d1718a1b7a86743b9c517bf9521695ba909c734f ] iort_get_device_domain() is PCI specific but it need not be, since it can be used to retrieve IRQ domain nexus of any kind by adding an irq_domain_bus_token input to it. Make it PCI agnostic by also renaming the requestor ID input to a more generic ID name.
