This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled ASoC: fsl: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in fsl_easrc_probe to the 6.1-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: asoc-fsl-fix-pm-disable-depth-imbalance-in-fsl_easrc.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.1 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 641d8eeddb9486bae41bff59110a1d5ca4f23b13 Author: Zhang Shurong <zhang_shurong@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu Oct 12 21:03:15 2023 +0800 ASoC: fsl: Fix PM disable depth imbalance in fsl_easrc_probe [ Upstream commit 9e630efb5a4af56fdb15aa10405f5cfd3f5f5b83 ] The pm_runtime_enable will increase power disable depth. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on the error handling path to keep it balanced according to context. We fix it by calling pm_runtime_disable when error returns.
