This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled phy/rockchip: inno-hdmi: round fractal pixclock in rk3328 recalc_rate to the 5.15-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: phy-rockchip-inno-hdmi-round-fractal-pixclock-in-rk3.patch and it can be found in the queue-5.15 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit dc4acc049cdc424fce38e26d72574ef77314f2b2 Author: Zheng Yang <zhengyang@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu Jun 15 17:10:19 2023 +0000 phy/rockchip: inno-hdmi: round fractal pixclock in rk3328 recalc_rate [ Upstream commit d5ef343c1d62bc4c4c2c393af654a41cb34b449f ] inno_hdmi_phy_rk3328_clk_recalc_rate() is returning a rate not found in the pre pll config table when the fractal divider is used. This can prevent proper power_on because a tmdsclock for the new rate is not found in the pre pll config table. Fix this by saving and returning a rounded pixel rate that exist in the pre pll config table.
