This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled ACPI: x86: s2idle: Fix a logic error parsing AMD constraints table to the 6.4-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: acpi-x86-s2idle-fix-a-logic-error-parsing-amd-constr.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.4 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit ec7c10b0667b4ba82594da29977fb60a812baad0 Author: Mario Limonciello <mario.limonciello@xxxxxxx> Date: Fri Aug 18 14:40:04 2023 -0500 ACPI: x86: s2idle: Fix a logic error parsing AMD constraints table [ Upstream commit 9cc8cd086f05d9a01026c65c98da88561e9c619e ] The constraints table should be resetting the `list` object after running through all of `info_obj` iterations. This adjusts whitespace as well as less code will now be included with each loop. This fixes a functional problem is fixed where a badly formed package in the inner loop may have incorrect data.
