This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled s390/paes: fix PKEY_TYPE_EP11_AES handling for secure keyblobs to the 6.5-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: s390-paes-fix-pkey_type_ep11_aes-handling-for-secure.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.5 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit f97b70304ce16f2d5ea54ef292583f4de8afc979 Author: Holger Dengler <dengler@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed Aug 9 14:23:45 2023 +0200 s390/paes: fix PKEY_TYPE_EP11_AES handling for secure keyblobs [ Upstream commit cba33db3fc4dbf2e54294b0e499d2335a3a00d78 ] Commit 'fa6999e326fe ("s390/pkey: support CCA and EP11 secure ECC private keys")' introduced PKEY_TYPE_EP11_AES securekey blobs as a supplement to the PKEY_TYPE_EP11 (which won't work in environments with session-bound keys). This new keyblobs has a different maximum size, so fix paes crypto module to accept also these larger keyblobs.
