commit f24b5ff2bb0ef5ddbf058c64ef96bf2739be7a1a
Author: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@xxxxxxxxxx>
Date:   Tue Nov 16 19:29:22 2021 -0800

    net: annotate accesses to queue->trans_start

    [ Upstream commit 5337824f4dc4bb26f38fbbba4ffb425a92803f15 ]

    In following patches, dev_watchdog() will no longer stop all queues.
    It will read queue->trans_start locklessly.
