This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
drm/amd/display: Keep PHY active for DP displays on DCN31
to the 6.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
drm-amd-display-keep-phy-active-for-dp-displays-on-dcn31.patch
and it can be found in the queue-6.4 subdirectory.

[Why & How]
Port of a change that went into DCN314 to keep the PHY enabled
when we have a connected and active DP display.
The PHY can hang if PHY refclk is disabled inadvertently.
