NTB: ntb_tool: Add check for devm_kcalloc

    [ Upstream commit 2790143f09938776a3b4f69685b380bae8fd06c7 ]

As the devm_kcalloc may return NULL pointer,
it should be better to add check for the return
value, as same as the others.
