This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled wifi: cfg80211: fix regulatory disconnect with OCB/NAN to the 6.3-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: wifi-cfg80211-fix-regulatory-disconnect-with-ocb-nan.patch and it can be found in the queue-6.3 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. commit 99afd1278f539c559d2cdd50972b54d964d2ddb9 Author: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri Jun 16 22:28:45 2023 +0200 wifi: cfg80211: fix regulatory disconnect with OCB/NAN [ Upstream commit e8c2af660ba0790afd14d5cbc2fd05c6dc85e207 ] Since regulatory disconnect was added, OCB and NAN interface types were added, which made it completely unusable for any driver that allowed OCB/NAN. Add OCB/NAN (though NAN doesn't do anything, we don't have any info) and also remove all the logic that opts out, so it won't be broken again if/when new interface types are added.
